Appointments: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by message. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.
Deposits & Cancellations: A deposit may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if notice is provided at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may forfeit their deposit.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid disrupting other scheduled appointments. Full-service fees still apply.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of beauty and personal care services, refunds are not provided for completed services. Concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment so we can review and discuss possible solutions.
Health & Safety: Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, medications, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, pregnancy, or any health concerns that may affect services.
Results Disclaimer: Results vary based on individual skin type, hair type, lifestyle, home care, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific results are guaranteed.
Retail Products: Unopened sealed retail products may be eligible for exchange within 5 days of purchase. Opened products are non-returnable.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Website Use: All website content, including photos, logos, text, and educational materials, is the property of the business and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Liability: By booking services, clients acknowledge that they understand the potential risks associated with beauty and skincare treatments and agree to hold the business harmless except were prohibited by law.
